Chicos - Awful experience Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018
Shopped at Chicos Orland Park to return an item and purchase a different one. Salesperson locked up her register, so she couldn't get me my credit on my previous purchase.
She had to call their customer service to tell her what to do. After 32 minutes, I was given the phone and asked for my mailing address. They wanted to mail me the new item I was buying when it was sitting on the counter in front of me!! I could not get a credit balance on my Chico gift card either.
They are sending in the mail. It took 38 minutes to try to exchange an item and NEVER did purchase another one!! This was crazy. The salesperson, Pam, was trying very hard to please me, but it DID NOT.
Also, signs throughout store said 40% off your total purchase, BUT not on the new item I was buying. What????
Bye Bye Chicos for me. I better get my gift cards ASAP.
