Chicos - Customer Service - Non existing
Purchased 2 tops at Chico's online and when items did not fit I brought them back to the store, 12 miles away. I was told that since I purchased items with Pay Pal I could not return them to store, but would have to mail items back to a "Smartlabel Return" place and they gave me the label.
Returned package to this site and when I had not received a credit more than one week later I called Chicos, and was told that it will take 3 to 4 weeks for my returns to reach them, then another week or more to get my credit from Pay Pal. Cannot believe Chicos offer Pay Pay as a payment option online but then will drop their customer service and YOU as a customer if you need to return.
Worst policy ever encountered. BEWARE!

Preferred solution: Significant discount on next purchase because of my inconvenience and $$ being held for too long..
Chicos Cons: Illogical company.

I so agree with you about this! And as far as I know it does not state this policy at check out. I know exactly how frustrated you are with this.
It is stated on the website, when you check out and on your invoice. Funny how you guys can read every detail of a coupon but not your invoice.
