purchased a cotton long sleeve blouse worn twice after second washing fabric was completely pilled I live in florida I went back to the store they told me too old But fabric was NG so they were sure customer service could help They even gave me the fedx bag Customer service told me they have the same policy as store They have no idea why they told me to call customer service how many circles of bad customer care can they have This blouse was $89 one would expect the fabric to be able to be washed I would like to take this further
