sweaters pill - wool, cotton, does not matter which kind, but wool is the worst. 100% covered with shreds and pills, only worn twice. Cotton turns fuzzy with two washings (smaller pills than sweaters, but the sweater looks 10 years old, and I've only washed it twice)....

Spent over 25 minutes in the Mashpee Commons MA store without any of the 4 sales associates asking to help me. There were only approximately 5 customers in the store. Needed help picking out a fancy Christmas outfit and a casual outfit and accessories. I became so upset that I just left the store. Will not return and may not seek Chicos brand anymore.

Over the years Chico's has changed from a store with hip clothes for women of every age to a staid spot with clothes for women of a certain age. Salespeople are snippy and condescending. When they ask you at checkout who helped you and you reply, "No one," the response is always the same: "I'm so sorry." And that's it. Truth be told, I'm done shopping at Chico's.
