Fabulous service at Chico's 214 South Park Ave Winter Park

From the minute we entered the store we were welcomed and felt very comfortable. We started a change room and proceeded to try on many garments and went home with a very large bag full of both regular and sale price items. I am from Canada and return to this store every time because of the service and the Manager Jennifer Williams was thrilled we got the best service and gave credit to the other sales ladies helping all of us in the store. Thanks again for such a fun day.

The customer service center DOES NOT EXIST

I called received my order in the mail on a Friday. It was too large, therefore, I wanted an exchange and return label. I called the customer service number the first time and waited for so long the phone call disconnected. So I called again and the same thing happened. Each instance an automated robo would finish with an apology for the wait.

I was not greeted at my arrival or at any time I was in the store for the 45 minutes I was there. No one ever asked if I needed assistance. An elderly lady waited for 15 minutes for assistance from an elevated rack of clothes. The Chicos store was in Franklin, TN We both left the store at the same time. Neither of us made a purchase. We both agreed we would not return to this store. Disappointed at best.

Horrible time for returns

I ordered one pair of slacks in the first week of November. I sent them back It basically has taken well over 6 weeks at this point to get a refund this is disgraceful. Incompetent service representative

My first call to customer service, was to exchange a top for a different size. I was on the phone for a 1/2 hour.

I was so frustrated, I finally, asked for a return label only. In the interim, I ordered the top, now on sale, which was to my benefit. Several days later, that impossible representative sent the different size to me. Well, now I have two tops, one of which I dont want.

I have no idea how to fix this mess. I would like to return the one she sent, as it was for regular price. Please dont tell me to call customer service, that is pure agony.

If you can tell me, how to get credit and a label, that would be helpful. Your reps need training!

Shrinking stores but awesome products

Website is always problematic: slow, staggering, not loading. Stores have much smaller inventory but is nice to see products IRL. You can get better deals IRL vs website, but it depends. I love Chicos, especially jewelry is solid!

I purchased a sweater at the Norwalk store and used my reward points. I usually try my clothes on at home so I can see the entire picture with wardrobe.

I found the sweater to be boxy. I went today to return it and I was told I cannot get my points back. I use $25 worth points to purchase this item. I am extremely frustrated because I did not know that was the case or I wouldve never bought the sweater.

The lady at the teller told me that I was responsible for knowing that and theres nothing that I can do which made me angry. I wouldve never bought the sweater. If I knew that I couldnt get my points back. Is there anything that you can do?

I ordered the no iron blouse. The app says it was on sale. Ok, saw sale price. It also said if I buy 2 or more I would get 25% off. So I ordered 2. The salesperson who I made the order with said I already got that credit. So she didnt give me 25% more off. I think that was wrong.

Long waits for customer service on phone and online

I called regarding an order that I would pick up in the store. I waited almost 31 mins to speak to someone, and as usual, I Get the nasty Chiandra.

I asked a question, and she answered something else. I said no,Im referring to something else. Then she asks me a question, and as Im answering, she starts talking over me in a nasty tone. I hear her voice and tone escalating, and I ask for a supervisor.

She kept asking me why I want a supervisor, and she did not want to transfer me. I have dealt with her before, and I can not stand dealing with her.

Shes rude, aggressive, and has a really bad attitude.

After 20+ years shopping with you, Im done. Im not going to get aggravated talking to nasty people over the phone.

I paid for expedited shipping on three items to arrive in 2-3 days. One item arrived in the promised timeframe. Four days later one is still in transit, and the other item has not yet shipped. I requested a refund of the expedited shipped fee. Customer service stated since one item arrived on time they will not refund any part of the shipping fee. They offered a $15 credit on my next order. Seriously, with this level of poor customer service why would I come back?
