Ordered a pair of slacks in late Feb. 2025.
Returned them on time, waited 3 weeks as advised by Chicos for a refund. Not only was $16.00 deducted from what I paid (they claimed that there would be a $7 return fee), the pending refund to my account vanished overnight.
A call to customer service resulted only in a fast-paced, high-pressure automated pitch for a medical alert device. I am furious and will never order from this deceptive company again!

I tried to return items and it went from chicos to just answer telling me they will charge a refundable one dollar then when I tried they charged me 47.00 thankful my bank refused I want to speak with a customer representative from chico

Chicos cant do anything about it. They told me to call my credit card company which I did. zInfeel there was no apology on Chicos side.
Online Ordering is Horrible
Wanted to order crop pants. In search window I typed just that.
Every item at Chicos populated my request. I didnt want to spend hours looking through all those items. Tried several times but never was able to see just crops.
Since there are no stores near me, I usually order online but no more. My time is valuable.
I guarantee you that when I finish my review I will go to Amazon and find just what Im looking for in minutes. Sorry to say goodbye to Chicos after 20 years.

What has happened to Chico's customer service? I've made several attempts to contact them by phone and get messages that there are 60 customers ahead of me.
When I attempted to connect by chat, I got disconnected.
The one time I got connected, it stated 16 customers before me. Chico's customer service has gone completely downhill.

I ordered the Statement Blue Bib Necklace and it was delivered in my mailbox in a bag and was in pieces. Normally, Chico's jewelry is delivered in a box, but this was poorly wrapped and clearly in just a flimsy bag.
I am so disappointed!
If this is the way Chico's is delivering its jewelry, in the future count me out for ordering any further jewelry. Thanks, Denise Withrow

I have tried for 2 days to order using the 40% for 1st item them 25% second...online order will not go thru NO ONE ANSWERS customer service. The 1st item has sold out.
I am very frustrating. The last time I tried to order from CHICOs my online order never went thru, However, your customer service helped with placing the order.
You have some severe issues with individuals placing orders. LOSS of business.
The only way to solve my issue is to honor the sale when you are able to get your system to allow online orders. AND get yourselves a customer service going.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. When I spoke to the second person, he told me the order had been placed.
I did not get an order confirmation after I placed the original order. All good.

I always find something and wear it for years . The style is always good for a long time.

I asked a question on the chat line of Chico’s. All I got were four or five more questions that I did not have the answers to.
Then the chat line suggested I call Chico’s. The next thing I knew they wanted $5. I don’t even know what it was for – the phone call perhaps? Looks like a scam to me.
Asking people to send $5 for no reason! I never did get an answer about their Sale Policy.
