Chicos - Man o man, more clothes for me.
I am 100% online now and just loving it, both Chicos and Off the Rack. I am buying left and right and trying new stuff and voila, so many separates and scarves go together so well! They are starting to ship from just about anywhere which is fine by me. I returned 1 thing in 3 years and had no problems at all. I get notified, can track packages, heck I received 3 jewelry items today that were scheduled to arrive next Tuesday. I must be lucky, I’m loving everything right now. The reversible jackets are amazing, I get everything as expected, it all washes great, I don’t see what all the fuss is about. I’ve been doing my best chicos shopping online for a couple of years now, I’m a very happy camper with a closet full of endless combinations.

Chicos - Worst Experience
I saw what appeared to be lovely pair of velvet slacks. When i got them they looked NOTHING like the picture, the size was so far off i could have fit 2 of me in them and the return process has been a nightmare. Its been over 2 weeks since i have sent them back and they claim they have not recieved them , cannot track the package and that returns usually take 4 to 6 weeks. This is a joke I could have sent it back to China quicker. Beware don't buy anything from them.
Chicos - Chicoloco
These ppl r very unprofessional and they do not tell the truth. I would never do business with this ppl again. I suggest anyone doing business with Chicoloco be extremely careful . They don’t want to refund u.

Chicos - Done!
Chico’s used to be my go to place for special, high quality items and great knit pants. Over the past few years the quality has really gone down. The knits pill almost immediately. I brought two items home and found holes in both. I just went to fold a turtleneck that I’d line dried, and said right out loud, “I’m done.” I bought it last year, have worn it a few times, and it’s pilling. In-store customer service is not what it used to be either. I’ll miss them.
Chicos has ruined the Zenergy line, which used to have fabulous knits, pants with normal bootleg cut (when will they "get it" that anyone wearing a size 3 should not wear jeggings which make them look like a bagged whale). They replaced knit with the hideous Neema...Read more

Bought denim shirt it shrunk to children’s size 10 but could not receive credit for it because it exceeded 60 day return policy. Moral of story. When they have a sale and you are buying for following season just say NO because even if their merchandise is clearly...Read more
